Can you list your top five most important values? As we go about our daily lives, its all too easy to go through the motions without ever taking time to examine and clarify our personal values. Making decisions based on our values allows us to live lives with more meaning and purpose. This evidence-based activity is proven to change your mood and improve your outlook. All it requires is your careful attention and honest responses.
We highly recommend doing this activity as a family or with a spouse or partner. We also recommend doing it at least once a year to see what has changed for you. This is especially true if you are a teenager or a young adult.
